Returns

We back every lot with a 7-day return window from the moment you pick it up. If something is materially different from how we described it — wrong item, broken in a way the listing didn't show, missing parts the listing said were there — we'll make it right.

How it works

  1. Email returns@zoolots.com within 7 days of pickup. Include your order number and 2-3 photos of the issue.
  2. Our team reviews within one business day. If approved, we'll schedule a return drop-off at the warehouse.
  3. Once we receive the item, we issue your refund as Zoolots credit (applied automatically to your next order) or back to the original card on request.
