Returns
We back every lot with a 7-day return window from the moment you pick it up. If something is materially different from how we described it — wrong item, broken in a way the listing didn't show, missing parts the listing said were there — we'll make it right.
How it works
- Email returns@zoolots.com within 7 days of pickup. Include your order number and 2-3 photos of the issue.
- Our team reviews within one business day. If approved, we'll schedule a return drop-off at the warehouse.
- Once we receive the item, we issue your refund as Zoolots credit (applied automatically to your next order) or back to the original card on request.
What's not covered
- Cosmetic flaws disclosed in the listing photos or condition grade.
- Buyer's remorse — we're an auction, not a retail return desk.
- Items reported more than 7 days after pickup.
- Items the buyer modified, repaired, or attempted to repair.
